feature request - automaticaly choose value if is only one

For example - In GLPI we doesn`t use groups and suplyers.  I hide fields Assigned to - Supplier and Assigned to - Group in ticket template. When I want to add technician to ticket, I must choose user from menu (although i have there only one value) and after that I can choose name from list of technicians.

Same situation is on the other fields(requester, watcher) with only one value.

This feature save some clicks with mouse.
