Exporting List of ticket in 0.84.2 (CSV & PDF)

Hi.

Often we export our pending tasks with CSV or PDF to make some statistics and/or internal actions... always we used the default view in the task list and all was correct. Now, with the last update, in fields Writer, Requester, Technician shows (both PDF and CSV) all of the information of the user (Login, name, department, email, phone, place...). We don't see any place to disable this option and showing only the name, like before (only not to show the columns, but we need it!).

With this situation, an exported document that was 11 - 12 pages long are 75 - 80 pags long! Please, return to the old behavior or allow to 'choose' what information to show on this fields.

Regarding to CSV export, it is not doing correctly; this is the result of the export:

All the carachters like á, é... ú, ü... are shown wrong (it seems to be a problem with the UTF coding¿?).
