exporting to csv

when we export data of tickets from glpi with the column follow-up-description, the export is not in a single row in csv if there are more than one follow up for the ticket. also when the computers have more than one ip address then also the export in csv has multiple rows for ip address.

can this be fixed?

Re: exporting to csv

version of GLPI ?

I have no trouble, it depends how you configure your spreedsheet software to open CSV.
With libreOffice no trouble, IP or followups are on the same cell

Re: exporting to csv

You could try exporting in SLK format.
I try with Excel and the IP are correctly displayed
