GLPI 0.84 - Ajouter une règle métier pour les tickets = nouveau ticket

Bonjour ,

J'ai effectué une mise a jour de la version 0.83.7 vers la version 0.84 sans problème.
Mais quand je vais cliquer sur le "+" pour créer une règle metier pour les tickets (http://serveurglpi/glpi/front/ruleticket.form.php), la page qui s'affiche est le formulaire de creation de nouveau ticket alors que dans la barre d'adresse du navigateur ( IE + chrome ) j'ai bien ruleticket.form.php ...

Bonjour,

Désolé de remonter un sujet datant d'un mois mais nous avons été confrontés au même problème (glpi en version 0.84.2)

Il s'agissait d'une installation de test, et donc avec plusieurs plugins activés. Le problème provenait du plugin SurveyTickets. Lorsque ce dernier est activé (version 0.84+1.1) sur glpi 0.84.x, un formulaire de création de tickets apparaît lors de la création/édition d'une règle métier. Une fois ce dernier désactivé, plus de problèmes.
Si cela peut aider quelqu'un.

Je pense qu'il faut faire remonter ce problème au leader du plugin SurveyTickets car là c'est clairement un bug plugins.
Je déplace d'ailleurs ce post dans la bonne section
