Mailgate

Hello,

We use mailgate since few years and that's works fine.
But sometimes the mail is not recovered and we do not understand why.
For example today 2 mails from the same user are keep in INBOX.

On crontab we use  :
#recuperation ticket glpi par pop
*/1 * * * *  php -q -f /var/www/html/glpi/front/cron.php

I ths first capture you can see the 2 mails are already in INBOX

In the second capture you can see that seem write that it's ok but the mails are already in INBOX and we don't have ticket created :

Do you have errors in log files ?
Have the specific mails special things ?

In this case it's always the same user.

Do you show mails in not imported list ?

Sorry my English is not very good. Can you explain what I must see ? Where is the list of mails not imported ?

In receiver list you have a link on the top. You will see not imported emails and why.
(You should also speak in french, but you are not in the good section)

English is good for me... I need work with !

Receiver list is on mailgate ? You can see it's write "collected=2" but absolutely not it's always the same mails...
