unable to connect to the ldap directory

Hi,

I've new installation of GLPI (version:0.83.8) and wamp 2.2 (MySql 5.5.24, php 5.4.3, Apache 2.2.22).
And my ldap in setup\auth\ldap directory:

Server: server_ad
Default Server: YES
Active: YES
Server: ldap://ip_address
Ldap port:389
Connection filter:(&(objectClass=user)(objectCategory=person)(!userAccountControl: 1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2)))
BaseDN: dc=domain,dc=ad,dc=local
Rootdn: cn=admin,dc=domain,dc=ad,dc=local
Password:****** (my domain admin password)
Login field: samaccountname

the test of connection to the ldap directory works well but when i go to import users, it show me this error message : <<unable to connect to the ldap directory>>

i need help please!!
