Setting filters to ignore inactive computers from inventories.

Hi all.

How can I configure GLPI to bring data only  from active computers when I use default reports or Invetory > Softwares... 

I'm trying to obtain a list to renew licenses of Windows, Offices, Sound Forges and other things but my numbers never match because some inactive computers  are been counted.

I don't want to delete them because I want to maintain it's historical.
