Is a better IP addresses administration possible?

Bonjour,

Thanks for the good work with GLPI

Is a better IP addresses administration possible?
I have some static IP addresses, for test PC etc..
It would be super, if user for free IP addresses to look could and one request could.
For the Admin a report / statistics would be interesting.

I'm sorry i don't understand what you mean exactly.

Could you explain in more détails ?

Or give example of fonctionnality you ask for ?

Sorry, I tries to explain it better.

Jean-Mathieu, as something similar as here:

Normally the Clients (PC) gets your IP address via DHCP.
I have however here some PC (test PC, server etc.), which have a static IP address.
It would be good, if there were central place, where one can look whether the IP address is still free or not free.

Best still with user management.

Kind of a user can make the here following.

a) standart User:
    search, look free IP Adresses

etc.

For me (and our technicians) it would be nice assistance, if one could find also a few Mouse clicks free IP addresses.
