ERR: Heading field empty adding a new document to a ticket

Hi all:
Each time I add a new document using the Documents tab on the ticket form, the heading field is not saved correctly. I tested it using the glpi user too. So the new document is stored but without heading.

But If I add a new document using Managment -> Documents, it works!
Does anyone has this problem and/or know how to solve it?

Hi,

I have a similar issue, but I've got used to it. Every document added from the ticket form, would have the same header, no matter what I choose.

It might be by design, but adding a default heading when nothing is selected seems more logical to me.

Please tell me your settings at Setup -> General -> Assistance -> Default heading when adding a document to a ticket

I have noticed that adding a new document from a printer objet form works perfectly. The new document uploaded has the rigth heading. Seems to be a issue on the code, what do yo think?
More logical? Why? My heading are image, log_file, order_form, report, documentation, etc. Which one should be the default heading?

I had none of the headings selected as default. I tried selecting one of the heading here, and now each document I upload from the Ticket form has this heading, ignoring my seleccion on the form, and this is no a solution for me.

Yes you are right.
Setting manual headings must not be overridden by general config.

Be a new version is released, I 've downloaded and tested your solucion replacing the document.class.php file for this new version and every thing seems to work fine.
