Plugin Bug: Order Management - Order validation

When I have a new order, I have in the register "Validation" the following three options:
- cancel order
- validate order
- ask for validation

I am in the profile "super admin" and my team collegues are in the profile "admin".
I want, that the profile "admin" can only use "ask for validation". They should not be able to validate an order by themselves.

In the Profile configuration under "order Management", I am only able to set the right "order validation" either to "no access" or "writing". If I give "writing", the profile "admin" sees the Buttons "validate order" and "ask for validation". If I give "no Access", they don't even get the register "Validation".

So, what do I have to do, that the profile only sees the button "ask for validation" and not "validate order"?
In my opinion, this is either a bug or a faulty concept.

I use GLPI version 0.83.6 and Order plugin Version 1.7.1
