Change user start page based on Profile

I'm looking through all the settings and currently I don't think there is one. Is it possible to change the page that a user will start on?

What I'm trying to accomplish:

We are in the process of implementing the 'Forms' plugin to allow branch managers to add requests themselves through an online form. I have restricted ALL access to just the forms plugin itself.

The only slight downside is that when these fully restricted users log in, they are taken first to their 'Home' page (which is completely blank) then have to select 'Plugins --> Forms', and are then shown the forms.

Is it possible to redirect them directly to the 'Forms' page after they log in?

This is not possible natively. You'd have to write that modification on your own.

it is possible changing the login page adding redirect parameter in URL.

We have decided not to go with the Form Creator plugin, doesn't really offer all we wanted unfortunately.
