Hi:
I have the following entities:
Root
MyCompany
Clients
ClientCompany
ClientDivision
I have created a ticket category under entity MyCompany and set it to be visible for child entities. But when i try to create a ticket under ClientDivision, I cannot see that category on the dropdown box.
What am I missing?
I had this issue on 0.83.4, updated to 0.83.6, issue remains there.
