Tell me, when the opportunity to appoint two experts to find solution to the problem? In version 0.83.6 no such options. To a problem in the rules, you can only assign a single technician

What I have done is to create 2 rules for the same instance. Rule 1 is the main focus and then rule 2 is based on rule 1 but only assigns the 2nd tech.

Remi - thanks for looking into this. I know it's a feature I'll use!
Kremkov - I have 2 rules:
Rule 1: Everything I want to be done to the ticket.
Rule 2: The criteria is exactly the same as rule 1. This way both rules will fire. Then I just add my second assigned to action.
