changing fiedl's label depending on dropdown list

Hello
I managed to add a field in the ticket declaration interface .
the problem becomes:
I want the label of the field to changes depending on a dropdown list
how can i do that?

I think you'll need to be more specific.  But take a look at the Business Rules.
