Problem with plannig.

Hello my friends:
We had been using GLPI integrated with OCS for around one year on our organization, and we are happy with it, but now we want to go a step forward by using the planning feature, but I don't know why when I go to planning on my menu the add feature (+) appears disabled, maybe to make the plans  we need something else... I had been trying to find some documentation about the planning feature in English or Spanish the languages that I can understand and had been impossible to me. ¿Can any body help me?

In the panning you have planned tasks of a ticket.
