Please help, I can't open other user ticket attachment file from admin , its always says
"File is altered (Bad checksum)"
but when i open those attachment from the user it works..
Anyone have trouble like me?

- i using glpi 0.83.31
- running on IIS 7.5 with php 5.3 and mysql 5.5
- running under win7 x64 as glpi server
- IE 9
- i have administrator profile with full access configuration and post-only profile with only post rights access.
i create a ticket from the one of user who use post-only mode an having a file PDF attached on it.
and so i opened from user administrator the ticket and the attachment, but there's an error with attachment.
the error was "File is altered (Bad checksum)".. i cannot open it..

i have this condition when i open it with cygwin terminal on windows :
HadinatE@idnb050 /cygdrive/c/inetpub/wwwroot/glpi/files/jpg/1b
$ ls -l
total 552
-rw-r----- 1 ???????? ???????? 561276 Sep 7 08:50 4605b0e20ceccf91aa278d10e81fa d64e24e27.JPG
i try to change it with 777 but it was not working anyway..
but when i copy the folder and move it to another drive (drive D) example, i can open it well...
someone maybe ?
