User problem
Hello, I'm having a problem with one user wanting to logon into glpi. he gets only "log in again". The user is known in LDAP, but I cannot add him into GLPI, although when I try to logon with an unknown user account,I get "incorrect username/password", so I get the feeling it's partially known but not all the way. When I create a new user in LDAP and try add that user in GLPI, no problem. What can I do

Since the use is in LDAP, have you tried resynching that user in GLPI?

Yes,
but it didn't work. Apparantly the user existed in GLPI but was deleted (and still in the trash). After removing it from the trash I was able to get it again from the LDAP.
