Hi all,
Today I was testing if it was possible to send a mail from my Gmail account to the mailbox that is configured for GLPI. All internal mails are comming in and create a new ticket as it should be. But if I try to send a mail from my Gmail account, the mail arrives in the exchange mailbox but is not picked up by the mailgate/GLPI system. I don't get any warnings or what so ever. I didn't add or change any rule from the default installation of GLPI yet.
Anyone know about this?

BUMP
STill figuring out how I can accept mails comming from out of our domain. In case the user has problems with sending mails through the exchange server.
Afterwards we will add some exceptions on that rule to prevent spam.
Are there example's of rules we can use?
EDIT:
The mail is read bij the mailgate because I can see in the exchange mailbox that the mailgate is READING the mail. (marked as read)
But the GLPI doesn't create a ticket and the sender doesn't get any reply.

Close this. Found it.
I was so stupid to disable anonymous ticket creation and anonymous followups.
I just enabled them and it picks up the mails comming from out our domain.
Sorry
