Automatic ticket notifications: 'Alert Ticket not updated'

v. 0.80.2:

We have issues that may take weeks and even months to solve (new requirements, deffered for parts, etc).
There is an "Alert Tickets not closed", but unfortunatelly what I need is an "Alert Tickets not updated" where I can setup an email in the event a ticket hasn't been updated in X number of days. Is there a way to do that?

Re: Automatic ticket notifications: 'Alert Ticket not updated'

Ok, if there is no way to have an automatic notification for 'Alert Tickets not updated', could somebody throw me a bone and point me in the right direction to modify 'Alert Tickets not closed' into what I need?

I realize that from then on I would have to manually patch the application every time there is an upgrade but I really need the 'Alert Tickets not updated' notification.

Perhaps you could have a look at this plugin and modify it to your needs

Hi abdon,

Were you able to implement the functionality?

We need exactly the same notification and I am looking around...

Please let me know if you succeeded in the research.

Kalin
