How Can i Block Days to Reservations ?

Hi guys, sorry my English.

I need only see 1 week in Calendar for Reservation and disable 3 weeks. 

The second week i enable the ( 2° week) in Calendar for Reservation for my users...
The Third week i enable the  ( 3° week) in Calendar for Reservation for my users...
The Fourth week i enable the ( 4° week) in Calendar for Reservation for my users...

Understand ??? Sorry My english....
