Hello,
Currently, my GLPI does not have any admin users because they were deleted when syncing with the active directory. Is there a way to add a user with admin access without using an existing administrator account?

No, a user could never give more right than he has.

So if there are no current administrators, how could I add an administrator account? Is there some file that lists all of the users and their levels of access?

to clarify: is it possible to change a user's privileges via command prompt?

If you have "write" access to the DB, you can do everything.

If you don't know how to read this doc, I can"t help you more.
