some classes of items in inventory does not allow open tickets
I am trying the last version of glpi (0.83.4). Really and amazing tool.
Trying to open tickets related to items, i found that i can do that (selecting item and click in tickets, the option "new ticket for this item..." is available) only for certain classes, and that option is not available for others, for example monitors.
Am i missing something?
Any help is welcome
