Auto Add a follow up from e-mail

Here is my problem, when i send a mail to GLPI it logs a ticket, it works
fine and now when i reply  from my e-mail i want it to be able to add a
follow up.
How do i complete this

This works for me as-is out of the box.
Is your return address the same as your Receiver setup?

Also, do not modify the subject line.
