Strange problem with russian symbols in knowledge base articles

After updating from 0.83.3 to 0.83.31 there is a problem with old storing and new posting articles in knowledge base. The subject topic shown correct, but in the content of the article is empty. By the way, when clicking tabs "Targets", "Documents" - nothing changes.

The problem concern only russian symbols in article.

Futher, I make connect to the mysql glpi base, and select all values from 'knowbaseitems' table. There is correct russian symbols in 'name field' (and this information has correct shown in gpli interface), and incorrect (encoded) symbols in 'answer' field (example - <p>Adobe Design CS5.5  Астор ООО</p>)

When I change the content of 'answer' field directly in the mysql table, and fill it with russian symbols, for this article all displayed correctly in glpi interface.

Looking like incorrect encoding function for russian symbols, or incorrect table/field charaster set. Or, maybe, incorrect view module when show the "rich" text format from 'answer' field.

Help, please.

Really strange. I add russain symbols to kb and have no troubles.
