Hi
Good day to all forum members.
I am new to GLPI. I created groups, categories like HR,IT Facility etc And added members( LDAP users) to groups.
Also created different profiles like admin,superadmin,normal with users.
If some body creates a ticket in HR category, only HR group able to view the ticket. But Now all admin group members are able to see all tickets. I want to restrict group wise.
Kindly help me how to do this task.

All access is handled by the profiles. Go through the Assistance tab on the profile and you can limit what each profile has access to.
