Notes displayed despite not having permission

Hello:

We are configuring a GLPI system just for inventory management. We do not want any other functionality.

I have created a profile called "Inventory manager" with access only to inventory-relevant links and disabled everything else but the system ignore the "No Access" in Notes Tool and displays it in the menu:

System data:

GLPI  0.83.1
Operating system : Linux CentOS 5.8 (2.6.18-274.17.1.el5)
PHP 5.3.3
Software: Apache/2.2.3
MySQL: 5.0.95

How can this link could be disabled (even by deleting or editing .php files)?

In right
"Notes" => Noted tab on item inventory
"Public Notes" => Tools / Notes => see personnal an public notes

Tools / Notes will always be available to manage "personnal notes"

This have been improved in dev version.
