Send email when a consumable or cartbridge is missing

Hello to everybody

As the post title says, I would like that GLPI sends me a mail when a consumable or cartbridge is missing ( new: 0 ) or when arrive to its "alarm flag". So I've configured GLPI for that purpose but I have not receiving any emails yet.

I've tested sending a "test mail" to administrator, and it was sent successfully. I've configured the alerts for consumables and cartbridges for that GLPI sends me mails everyday (for now) and 'till now, I have not received any mail for notifications of these alarms.

Any ideas to solve this issue? Is there any post or any guide where i can find useful information about of how to configure email for consumables?

I've read the wiki's guides but really i could not to solve it.
