Hello all,
We are trying to create a profile for the end users to close finished tickets.
We can edit the profile's life cycle options so that closed tickets can be opened and solved tickets can be closed but there is no options that allow only changing the status field. The only field which can be configured separately is the "Priority" field.
Is there any way to make "Status" the only changeable field?
