Create a new object in GLPI automatic telephone system

During the operation of your product GLPI, there were several ideas for improvement. The expansion of the functional is to create a new object PBX (automatic telephone system) to describe the telephone network (Privat phone network) including a telephone exchange PBX. Tell me please where should I put a post with my ideas and suggestions for creating a new object (automatic telephone system) in the system GLPI.I have a ready-made solution.With the minimum of work for developers.The solution is to build on the finished object in the GLPI  system "Network device" and slightly modify it by making on the basis of its (automatic telephone system)
