GLOBAL SETTING for WRITER to be excluded

GLOBAL SETTING for WRITER to be excluded from any notification if not put in the list explicitly.

My GLPI version is 0.83.2.
First of all I hereby thank you all for creating such a wonderfull tool. It saved my company many times.

I'd like to ask you to consider adding a global setting to GLPI that would exclude WRITER from any e-mail notification list unless writer is explicitly put in the list of persons to be notified, please.
The reason for this is to be able to get rid of such situations like:
1. I am a watcher of the ticket.
2. There is a "watcher" item put in the follow up notification list definition.
3. There is no "writer" item put in the follow up notification list definition.
4. I create a follow up for the ticket.
and then
5. I receive notification of my very own follow up.
You can put any item you like instead of the "watcher" item e.i. "owner", "appointed technician", "requester"....
It creates so many unwanted e-mail messages.

I understand that some organisations would like the present behaviour better and this is the very reason for the global setting switching the WRITER ON or OFF.

You have an option in user prefs. So you could activate it for all users.
