Is it possible for a rule to delete something?
I am testing with auto submission and alerting for Virus Notifications.
A pc gets a virus, the AV system emails GLPI, then GLPI creates a ticket and assigns people to it.
This is working, but it auto-assigns a requestor. Is there a way to disable that?
The email comes in from av@mydomain.com and that is then the requestor. I can manually delete it, but I'd like to have this done automatically.
