Hi,
First question: where do we go to for support with Plugins ? Is it this forum ??
I'm looking to raise an issue to the Injection plugin guys, but on the plugin site theres no mention of support, contacts etc:
https://forge.indepnet.net/projects/datainjection
So - my issue, I've used DataInjection before.
I've upgraded to 2.1.6, and I'm running GLPI 0.80.5
I've created my data model and the model is in state "Model available for use".
Using the same CSV file that I assigned the fields from, I start trying to import data. I select the model, then I select the file and click Launch the Import.
It basically reloads the starting page again, no message on the GUI. I can't seem to get it to start the import.
With no errors I don't know whats wrong.

Note: Not clear to me if the 2.2.0 release is appropriate for the 0.80.5, or if you have to be on 0.83.x, which is why I chose 2.1.6 to upgrade the plugin to.

Tried re-creating it again from scratch and I can create the model, but can't get to import anything from the same .csv file

Hi,
Ok - I got it to work. It seems I had to have Header details in there. Without it, even though I'd mapped the fields and told it 'no header', it refuses to work (no errors though). When I added the header, then I could get an example _import.csv file generated (couldn't before).
FYI, The no-header version was like:
SERV23,XXXXXX,91896,999.86,36,2012-04-29,4 Hour Pro Support Enduser,Dell,Spare
(29 lines similar)
And the example header I got given was:
"Name","Serial Number","Order Number","Value","Warranty duration","Start date of warranty","Warranty Information","Supplier","Status"
