Can't received email alarm from contract Expired

Hi,

i'm nuibe for GLPI application. i'm very so interest with application.
First, i have problem with email received. i have done setting on setup menu about who received email, schedule job and active job on menu Setup-Notifications. but still i don't have received email warning on schedule Contract running job.
But i'm testing running Notification email testing on menu Setup-notification-email followup configuration  to Administrator and no problem, email can sending to administrator.

Version of GLPI used ?
