Edit "ticket.php"

Hello,

When a user logs into his account and view all the new tickets, and other states ... can view the list of those tickets as shown in the picture below ... I would like to add two custom fields in this table, wich file would have to modify? I'm checking all the /inc and nothing yet ...

Pleease, help.

Thanks!

Re: Edit "ticket.php"

You don't need to edit the GLPI code (and I will not help you for such thing)

You need to write plugin which manage this data.

The customfield could do it, but I don"t really know about its status.

it's still in development for glpi 0.80. No plan for 0.83

Re: Edit "ticket.php"

I'm currently using the customfield plugin in production even if it's in beta state, I was in real need to have it...
And someone is already using it with 0.83 release.
But BEWARE that it must be used knowing the risks!
