Hi I am having some difficulties figuring out how the Entities Plugin works.
In my scenario i have several clients (Entities) to which I give assistance.
Every ticket or problem is opened within its related Entity.
Within 'Management > contracts' I have defined few Contracts types.
Once a specific contract has been selected at the end of the 'contract Detail' Tab, I get asked for a 'Type d'Intervention' and an initial ammount of days paid by the client. Once those information are given along with a daily rate I guess I should receive a list of all those tickets belonging to that type of contract and their total hours subtracted by the initial balance. This doesn't happen because after defining the daily rate nothing happens, I only see the tickets list menu:

I guess I should bind a ticket to a Contract, but how can I do it?

Create a ticket into the seleted entity, and add planified tasks and generate new intervention report
