Ticket emailing issue

Hi,
I'm new to GLPI, i would like to extend my thanks to the developers of this useful tool. 

When creating a new ticket and assigning a task to technician KBC with profile normal and group A, he is receiving the email related to the ticket but other technicians with same profile but different groups are also receiving the same email.

Other technicians should not receive the email that of technician KBC.

Any help to solve this issue would be much appreciated

Hi!

Check in Setup > Notifications > Notifications > Add a task (type ticket)

The Recipients should be "technician in charge .." and "task - technician" (for example). Don't include group or profile options.

Thank you SebaMinguez for your hint.
I did what you told me but the email was not delivered to the recipient.
In addition to your hint, when I did the following it works.

Check in Setup > Notifications > Notifications > New Ticket
The Recipient should be "technician in charge of this ticket"
