Ticket Autoclose after 30 days, change in days doesnt make difference

Hi,

When I change ticket autoclose (after solved) from 7 days to 3 days, automatic action cannot close ticket ( set to run every day).  Automatic action closes tickets which are 30 days old exactly but not according to slection I chose.  I have updated this from .72 to .78 and the .80

Can anybody help?

In 0.80, automatic closing is in each entity. Have you look at these parameters ?

I did not look at entities.  I have changed it to 7 days and it is working fine now.
