Can't apply dictionary rules

Good day!
I have some computers imported from OCS in GLPI. These computers have monitors with "Unknown manufacturer code PTS" manufacturer and wrong models.
I enter dictionaries -> monitor models and add a rule:

Criteria
Manufacturer    is     Unknown manufacturer code PTS

Actions
Model    Assign    Monitor Model 1
Manufacturer      Assign      Monitor Manufacturer 1

I test it and it's OK

then I replay the rule and nothing happens in monitors
What can it be?

I assume you have set the value of "Use OCSNG software dictionary" to 'yes' at Home  >Setup >OCSNG Mode>Import Options. Also, you must delete and purge the computers that are affected with that rule from glpi and then again import them to have the rules in to effect.

It's set to "No"
I tried to purge - no effect

If you are using dictionary rules then you must set the value to YES.

Well, have set it to "Yes", but it's a monitor, not software...
Deleted and purged computer and monitor
Imported again - no effect...
