Hello All..
I'm using glpi 0.83 RC3 on development.
This is my case:
I create a ticket at 07.00 with due date at 08.00, and then I change the status to pending for 15 minutes. So, the due date is automatically changed to 08.15 (this works fine)
But, If I create ticket at 07.00 with SLA due date at 08.00, when I change the status to pending for 15 minutes, the due date is not recalculated to 8.15
How do we config the due date with SLA to be recalculated when we change the ticket's status to pending?
Is it possible?
