Two entities - please advice

Hello,

I have 0.80.5.
I've set two entities A-> B. B is under A.

I added new account "Marek" and he needs to see tickets from entity A and B but he should be able to open tickets only in entity A.

So this is what I did:

I added Marek to profile normal from entity A with recursive rights.
He can see tickets from entity A and entity B but when he wants to open new ticket he can only open it in entity B.

If I add him to profile normal with dymanic rights he can open tickets only in entity A but he doesn't see tickets from entity B.

Why is it so ?

Can someone help here?
