Hi,
Is it possible to use a regular expression to assign a category to a ticket with a business rule like this?
Criteria:
"Title" "Match regular expression" "/Some text - (.*)/"
Value:
"Category" "Assigns value from regular expression" "Cat Level 0 > Cat Level 1> #0"
In fact, "Assigns value from regular expression" is not a valid choice creating the rule. Just "Assign".
This way we could assign the right category to a ticket issued via email if subject matchs.
