GLPI logs out certainly

Hi.
My company is facing a serious problem related to GLPI version-0.80.5 and also in 0.80.61.
The problem is that glpi logs out suddenly within a short period of time(within 5-10 mins) or any time in the middle of using it even if the session is not idle.
I dont think its a session problem because my variables are well set in php.ini.
Values of session variables are as follows:
1. session.gc_maxlifetime=2000
2.session.cookie_lifetime=2000
Can any one please help me.
