How to see the incidences of other users in the same entity

Hello guys,

I have some users in GLPI who are in the same entity and group. The problem is that when one of them opens a new incidence, the rest can't see it, so if they have the same problem, they open a new one with the same issue...

Those users are coordinators of a client, and one of the members has to see the incidences that the rest of them open.

Is there any way to do this?

hello,
We have the same issues, and we have solved them by creating a special profile, which has the only right to view all tickets.
and we have assigned this profile to people who must have the right to see tickets from several entities.

First of all thanks for your help, but I can't do that.

I have near 100 users in GLPI and most of them are individually in an entity because they belong to different clients. I separate them in entities due to the reports I have to do at the end of the month.

Because of this I can't create a special profile to see all the tickets, because I don't want a client to see the tickets of the rest.

Is there any other way to solve this?

see my post, I beleive that will solve your problem, because when you create a profile it doesn't mean everyone can see everything, because you have to assign to a user authorizations which are a combinaison of profile + entities.
So itmeans that a for a specific user you can set him to view ticket for several entities but not all, and for another user, you can set different entities...
