Hello,
I haven't been able to find a plugin to do this just yet, so I was wondering if anyone could provide feedback.
I would like the tickets to automatically update the Ticket Duration field when I work on it.
So for instance, if I look at a list of tickets in my queue, I see 10 tickets.
I decide to go into the "followup" tab for a ticket, I want the timer to start ticking away, and then when I press Add or Add/Close, it will automatically update it for me.
Is this simple, or possible?
