Security groups per machine and per folder

Hello,
I'd like to have a list of security groups from the servers with the folder assignment (and rights: readonly write, ...).
i.e.:
  Group1 --> MachineX --> FolderX1 --> list of rights
  Group1 --> MachineX --> FolderX2 --> list of rights
  Group1 --> MachineX --> FolderX3 --> list of rights
  Group1 --> MachineY --> FolderY1 --> list of rights
  Group2 --> MachineX --> FolderX1 --> list of rights
and so one...

the idea is to build a kind of cube that permits to assign a new person to a group, and to clean unused groups.
