My version is 0.80.3
There are only incident and request on ticket type by default, I want a new type --Accident to record, so is it possible to add such type to ticket type, or I can add a custom field at ticket module ?
I know there is a plugin called custom field, but it's only support 0.73.

Hi,
In GLPI 0.80.5 all tickets categories are in one field as tree view for eg:
>>Hardware
>>Monitor
>>Keyboard
Will be nice to have tickets categories and childs objects in different fields with dropdowns like here
Is it possible to modify view of this categories? Or split categories with their childs objects to have possible to choose child from another dropdown list ?
