problem when opening documents. xls. jpg attachments. pdf are ok.
We have a problem to open some uploaded file types in the ticket's and documents area.
If we upload a .pdf or .zip, everything is ok. It opens a new window in the browser and we can see the .pdf or we can download the zip file.
The problem is with images and office documents.
When we click on the file in glpi, the browser opens a new blank tab in chrome, or a red cross in IE.
If we right click and download the files (for example .jpg) and try to open it , the file is corrupted and can not open.
I think it's not permissions because pdf's and zip are ok.
All the files are stored in /files directory and we can open it directly in the server navigating to folders, so the upload is ok.
We are using version 0.80.5, our language is Portuguese and IIS as the server.
Does anybody has a clue of what can it be?

Ok, we solved the problem.
In the past we had changed the file display.function.php. When it was saved the encoding changed from ANSI for utf-8.
We had to open the file again and save it back to ANSI.
