Err msg: Invalid OCSNG Version: RC3 is required
GLPI Version: 0.80.4
OCS Version: 2.0.1
This is a new install of GLPI and OCS...and for me too. I receive this error message when I identify the OCS database, username, password, etc in "Setup | OCSNG" location.
I have found some information on the internet, specific to an older version of GLPI, to change the contents of ocsserver.class.php, under the "# Check OCS version" but I am not a PHP programmer so I don't know how to adapt to the newer version of GLPI.
Assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

The user configured for OCS connexion probably don't have access to the DB.
Try in debug mode.
