Controlling notifications

Hi Guys

I have been using GLPI as my IT helpdesk and everything is working perfectly.  However, i have had the request to implement a system and would like to know if the following is possible :

I will be setting up a 2nd mail receiver, and for this specific email receiver i do not want any notifications going out to the requester.  Is this at all possible.  I have looked at rules for a mail receiver & business rules but dont see any options.  Please advise.

Thanks

Re: Controlling notifications

Notificication are configured for each entity.

So if you don't want any notification, you should handle this ticket in a specific entity.

This is the only solution, I think

Dév. Fedora 29 - PHP 5.6/7.0/7.1/7.2/7.3/7.4 - MariaDB 10.3 - GLPI master
Certifié ITILv3 - RPM pour Fedora, RHEL et CentOS sur https://blog.remirepo.net/

Re: Controlling notifications

hi Remi

Thanks for you prompt reply.  Can you point me in the right Direction.  I have just looked under the Entity details, but don't see any option for controlling notification.  I am using GLPI 0.80.2.

Thanks

Hi Remi

I found the notification tab after changing to my admin profile.  I check from here.  Thanks
