technicians close tickets without assign it :(

Hi there.
Im using version 0.72.4
We have a problem that is, the technicians close tickets without assign them 

Is there any fix to this? To make field technician a mandatory one!

Hi All,

I am using version 80.2 and I have  the same issue, anyone can help us, to include the technicians mandatory or tickets without assign, cant be closed.

See the ticket life cyle (in the configuration) and forbid to change to "closed" status from "new" status

See the ticket life cyle (in the configuration) and forbid to change to "closed" status from "new" status
